In Vézelay, a small village with a large basilica (11th century, UNESCO World Heritage site) which has served as a starting point (one of them) for pilgrims on their way to Compostela, Spain. Lovely Romanesque architecture. It's on top of a big hill and the views are wonderful. I found a great overlook from a cemetery on to the next village over. Then I toodled around the village of Vézelay itself. Very quiet and nice change of pace. Enjoy!
